Your task
- Developing and expanding the services of private wards
- Further development of our service standards
- Ensuring the billing specifications and contract modalities
- Strategic alignment and optimization of food supply in the clinic and in the retirement and nursing homes
- Implementation of sustainability strategies in catering and housekeeping
- Continuous quality control and feedback management
- Management responsibility and staff development for up to 100 employees
- Showing presence and being the point of contact for patients, the team and colleagues
Your profile
- Completed training in a service-oriented profession such as hotel management or restaurant management
- Business economist with an affinity for communal catering
- An eye for processes and structures without neglecting the service concept
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinarily
- Experience in the design and optimization of service processes
- Written and spoken German
- Good team player and service orientation, communicative and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
- Willingness to undergo further training
