The Catering and Event Services department is responsible for the physical well-being of all patients and employees of Frankfurt University Hospital. We cater for guests in the area of staff catering (casino, cafeteria) and also in the area of catering and conference services for internal and external guests. Your work locations include the Casino House 35, Bistro House 35, Café Doro House 23 and the Casino House 97.
Your tasks
Working at the cash registers in Casino House 35, Bistro, Piazza Doro House 23 and Casino House 97 as well as accounting for the respective cash registers
Working in the sales areas of the above-mentioned establishments
Replenishing the sales areas
Production of snack items
Preparation of sandwiches, baguettes and cold starters, salads and desserts for the salad and dessert buffet
Working at the barbecue counter
Working on the food distribution lines for patient catering if required
Tidying up and cleaning the central kitchen
Your qualifications
Professional experience as a service employee with cashier activities
Preferably in a clinic
Presentation of a valid health certificate
All work must be carried out in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, e.g. LMHV, HACCP, UVV as well as the department’s internal work instructions for the individual workplaces and the current cleaning and disinfection plans
Proper handling of the equipment and work materials entrusted to them
Customer-oriented, independent and careful cooperation
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Good written and spoken German skills
Due to legal regulations, valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required
