Your tasks
One of your most important tasks is to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
You take on responsibility for and manage staff during the shift
You will be responsible for the training and development of your employees
You will be responsible for complaints management
You will prepare the accounts and daily reports
You support your management (in administrative tasks)
You will ensure the proper receipt and ordering of goods
Your qualifications
Professional experience in a comparable function with corresponding experience in employee management
Host personality with everything that goes with it: a communicative, friendly manner, flexible organizational talent, enjoyment of independent work and the motivation to lend a hand
Entrepreneurial thinking and the talent to lead employees well: good understanding of business and organizational issues with the willingness to take on responsibility
