Shore Excursion Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the commercial or tourism sector
- Several years of professional experience as well as sound management experience in the area of shore excursions on board a ship or a comparable position in the cruise industry
- Business fluent in German and English and proficient in MS Office
- Experience in complaints management
- Distinct economic thinking and acting as well as high service and sales orientation
- A sense of responsibility, aplomb and flexibility, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Responsibility for the professional management of the Shore Excursion department and the associated excursion program on board the ships
- Target and result-oriented coordination and control of all department-specific processes
- Development of sales promotion measures in compliance with and implementation of AIDA quality standards
- Ensuring the excursion program in consultation with local agencies and the shore-based department
- Researching future excursion opportunities
- Management and promotion of the Shore Excursion Team on board
