- You will learn the craft of cooking from masters of their trade - from classic to trendy, always fresh and homemade
- Finished products are never in our bag
- Roasting, cooking, braising, grilling, poaching...just like in "grandma's day" - honest, fresh gourmet cuisine, skillfully seasoned by ourselves - flavour enhancers and additives are banned
- Food and beverage science with the latest trends (paleo, detox, superfood etc.) around nutrition & enjoyment
- Food purchasing/storage, menu calculation, hygiene regulations and the professional use of kitchen equipment round off the learning program
