- Ready-made products are not an option for us
- Roasting, cooking, braising, grilling, poaching..., just like in "grandma's time" - honest, fresh gourmet cuisine, skillfully seasoned by yourself - flavor enhancers and additives are banned here
- Food and drink knowledge with the latest trends (paleo, detox, superfood, etc.) around nutrition & enjoyment
- Food purchasing/storage, menu calculation, hygiene regulations and the professional use of kitchen equipment round off the learning program
