Your tasks
Designing and implementing the strategic development of Group-wide travel management
Designing and implementing national and international PMI activities, as well as process optimization and digitalization
Developing and implementing projects for the further development of Group-wide travel management, in particular CSRD
Further developing and ensuring the implementation of the Travel & Expense process and workflows
Further development of company-wide guidelines
Ensuring Group-wide KPI reporting
Managing service providers within Group-wide travel management
Professional management of tenders, including flight, hotel, rental car, visa/PWD service providers, TMC, OBE, RKA service providers, etc., co-negotiating and making well-founded recommendations for action (basis for decision-making)
Expert advice to internal employees on operational issues
Your qualifications
Completed university degree in business administration / tourism and at least 8 years of professional experience in travel management
Proven experience in international projects and rollout of group-wide processes and guidelines
Sound knowledge of suppliers in the end-to-end travel management process
Very good MS Office skills
Business fluent in written and spoken English
Experience in project management

Contact person for all external service providers in the travel process (from airlines to rental cars to tax consultants)

Ensuring the implementation of the sustainable mobility concept and thus the reduction of CO2 in the group-wide travel process contributes significantly to the fulfillment of the reportable sustainability report of HENSOLDT AG.
