Your tasks include:
- always stay clean :-) and maintain hygiene in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- preparing, processing and serving food for the a la carte area, menus and buffets
- proper storage and control of all food
What you should bring with you:
- Trained as a chef, ideally you already have some professional experience
- You work independently, are motivated and show real commitment
- You impress with good product and quality knowledge
- Even in hectic situations, you are resilient, reliable and a team player
