Building/operating technician (m/f/d) Stadthalle Bielefeld
Your tasks:
- Operating the building and operating systems and facilities (air conditioning, heating, ventilation systems, sanitary facilities)
- Coordination and supervision of routine inspections and maintenance work
- Eliminating faults, carrying out minor repairs independently
- Supervision of construction/conversion work and installations
- Technical contact person on site for event organizers, technicians and external companies
- Assignment as "supervisor" or CvD (chief of service)
Your qualification:
You have completed vocational training as a technician or craftsman and have several years of specialist professional experience. As an all-rounder with an affinity for technology, a versatile building manager or an organizational all-rounder, you will find an exciting field of activity with us. Experience in the event sector is an advantage, but not essential. You will be happy to contribute your skills to our internal teams as well as in contact with customers. Your diverse range of tasks in a professional municipal event center with state-of-the-art technical equipment includes flexitime with core hours as well as event-related work at weekends.
