The Responsibilities
- Working in the Aramark-managed food service facilities at Koelnmesse GmbH
- Service and guest care
- Managing the stewarding team and providing thorough training to new employees
- Staff scheduling and training of employees in the stewarding department
- Ensuring proper inventory management
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations as well as internal standards
Your Profile
- Stewarding or cleaning experience in the restaurant and/or hotel industry
- Some leadership experience
- Strong focus on customer and guest satisfaction
- A strong commitment to quality
- Creative and communicative host
- Very good German language skills
