Operations Manager for the Bambus Cafeteria (m/f/d)
Full-time, permanent position
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the organizational, personnel, and financial management of the cafeteria, which has approximately 18 employees

Leadership, scheduling, and professional development of staff

Ensuring smooth operations
- Responsibility for planning meals and offerings to meet demand in collaboration with the kitchen management of the central cafeteria
-
Documenting consumption, post-calculation, and the proper use of leftover quantities
-
Ensuring compliance with labor, accident prevention, quality, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
- Monitoring cost-effectiveness, cost of goods sold, and cash management
-
Point of contact for guests, employees, and internal stakeholders

Professional Qualifications
-
Completed vocational training in sales, hospitality, housekeeping, institutional food service, retail, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in institutional food service, corporate catering, the food service industry, or kitchen management

Experience in personnel and scheduling

Strong knowledge of organizing and managing workflows

Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP guidelines

Valid training in accordance with Section 43 of the Infection Protection Act
- Proficiency in using electronic point-of-sale systems and billing procedures

Good computer skills (Windows and MS Office)

Very good written and spoken German
-
Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
