Work of exceptional value:
As part of the corporate catering team, you will provide Deutsche Bundesbank employees with a variety of meals and also prepare specialty coffees using the barista machine.
You will prepare and cook meals and meal components according to specified recipes.
You will assist in the cafeteria and prepare specialty coffees using the barista machine.
You will stock the food service counter, serve meals, and collect payment.
You regularly monitor and check storage, food, and serving temperatures and carefully document the results.
You thoroughly clean the work areas and kitchen equipment both during and after work.
Special Values:
Good command of German

Professional experience in the restaurant industry
Experience preparing specialty coffees using a barista machine
Good knowledge of food products as well as the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes
Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and food law, including HACCP and food labeling
Knowledge of how to use cleaning agents and cleaning procedures
