Your Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business, including production planning, recipe management, ordering supplies, production, preparing quotes, and billing
Responsibility for all direct reports and their efficient deployment in the cafeteria
Professional leadership
Ensuring compliance with defined guidelines and quality standards
Your Profile
Vocational training in the field of foodservice, chain restaurants, or related professions with a focus on customer service; training as a chef is preferred; basic knowledge of business and management concepts is desirable
Leadership skills, experience in managing staff
Good computer skills
Familiarity with using a merchandise management system
Driver’s license (Class B/formerly Class 3)
