Stuttgarter Kolpinghäuser e.V. is a nonprofit youth housing provider affiliated with the Kolping Society.
The organization operates two dormitories for apprentices and young people in Stuttgart, with a total of approximately 400 beds. The Kolpinghäuser in Stuttgart primarily provide housing for trainees, but also serve as guesthouses and conference centers. The requirements of their work are correspondingly diverse.
Your responsibilities will include:
Independently handling all tasks that arise at the reception / front office
Check-in and check-out of our guests / point of contact for guests
Taking the lead in daily reservation management and occupancy management (data maintenance and processing of booking/occupancy requests)
Invoicing
Settlement of subsidies, including with the District School Office and the Regional Council
Organizational support for conferences and events
Assistance with cash management and general administrative tasks
Your personal and professional qualifications:
Completed training as a hotel business administrator or hotel management specialist; alternatively, commercial training in administration (office management assistant) or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in invoicing and data maintenance (all tasks can also be easily learned on the job)

A strong work ethic, initiative, discretion, and loyalty are second nature to you.
You have strong written and spoken German skills.
You are proficient and experienced in using standard MS Office applications. Experience with PROTEL hotel software is a plus.
You are characterized by a confident, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor combined with strong communication skills.
You can identify with the mission statement of the Kolping Society and the goals of the Stuttgart Kolping Houses.
