We are looking to expand our team with a JUNIOR CHEF / COMMIS DE CUISINE (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Active participation in daily kitchen operations
- Preparing the mise en place
- Preparing a wide variety of national and international dishes
- Assisting with the implementation of tasks and goals
- Monitoring inventory levels and putting away deliveries
- Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
Your Profile
- Completed training with in-depth knowledge of food and products
- Enjoy working with food
- Flexibility regarding weekend and holiday shifts
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Clean and efficient work habits
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good German language skills—our kitchen language is German
