We operate ten café-restaurants in our garden centers with catering partners or on our own initiative. These are an elementary component of our garden experience world.

Your profile:
- You have completed training and have professional experience in the catering industry, ideally with further training as a specialist or business economist (ideally experience in system catering)
- You have very good communication skills, strong implementation skills and an understanding of business management
- You are willing to travel regularly and also for several days in the north and south of Germany
Your tasks:
- You will develop new concepts and event formats for our in-house café-restaurants as well as for our partner businesses
- You will analyze marketing campaigns and develop new strategies to increase frequency
- You will be responsible for the implementation of established standards and continuously develop our gastronomy concept further
- You form the interface between our business partners and internal departments
- You plan and implement the modernization of our restaurants, ranging from simple rebranding to complete new construction
