Our food and beverage operations ensure that guests enjoy high-quality culinary offerings and first-class service both at our casino locations and in our own restaurants. As a manager in our food and beverage department, you’ll use your organizational skills, service-oriented mindset, and keen sense of operations to ensure that quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are guaranteed at all times in our day-to-day operations. You’ll lead your team and ensure professional service in the guest areas.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will responsibly organize and coordinate the operations of our bars and ensure that service runs smoothly.
  • You monitor compliance with all hygiene regulations and ensure their reliable implementation in day-to-day operations.
  • You provide attentive, service-oriented care to our guests in all bar areas.
  • You will assign staff to service areas, provide them with professional guidance, and coordinate break schedules, among other tasks.
  • You will carefully manage and review financial records and work closely with the restaurant management team.

Your Profile

  • You have experience in the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of service-oriented processes.
  • You are known for your positive demeanor and strong commitment to service when interacting with guests.
  • Teamwork, a strong work ethic, and polite manners are, of course, part of your profile.
  • Even in busy situations, you work reliably and efficiently while maintaining a clear overview.
  • Basic computer skills, very good German language skills, good English language skills, and a willingness to work shifts round out your profile.
