YOUR TASKS:
- You are responsible for the friendly and attentive reception of guests
- You will support the reception manager in all their tasks
- You will be responsible for check-in and check-out, accepting and processing reservations and reception correspondence as well as organizing services for guests
- You work in a cheerful, friendly team and motivate them
- You are the contact person for our guests’ questions and requests
- Your workplace: Our glass lobby with a sweeping view over Lake Ruppin
- You will mainly work early, middle and late shifts
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training as a hotel specialist
- You have a positive charisma and a well-groomed appearance
- Comprehensive knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Enjoy working with guests and in a team
