The Württembergische Landessportbund e.V. is the umbrella organization of the sports districts, sports associations and sports clubs in Württemberg, based in Stuttgart. The State Sports School Ruit is an educational facility of the WLSB, has approx. 30,000 overnight stays per year and caters for the well-being of its guests 7 days a week. The WLSB and its sports associations hold training courses and squad measures there.

Kitchen Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time (39.5 h/week)
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for kitchen operations and the "Stüble" (internal restaurant for our guests)
- Planning and managing food production with a focus on healthy and varied nutrition
- Developing creative menus adapted to the needs of sports groups and seminar guests
- Ensuring a smooth process in the service area
- Independent purchasing and budget management
- Managing, motivating and developing the kitchen team
- Duty and vacation planning and merchandise management
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality standards, if possible in accordance with the HACCP hygiene concept
- Responsible for compliance with and implementation of health and safety regulations
- Economic management of the area including budget responsibility
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef with a master chef's certificate in the food sector or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in commercial kitchens or company catering
- Experience in employee management and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work 5 days per week according to prior arrangement and to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 1-2 times per month
- Certificate of instruction according to §43 Infection Protection Act
- Confident handling of computer-aided planning and organization
- Passion for healthy and varied cuisine
