Our gastronomy department helps to ensure that guests experience a high-quality culinary offering and first-class service both at our casino locations and in our own restaurants. As a manager in gastronomy, your organizational talent, service orientation and keen sense of processes will ensure that quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction are guaranteed at all times in day-to-day operations. Your employees and ensure a professional process in the guest area.
Your tasks
- You will organize and coordinate the operation of our bars responsibly and ensure a smooth service process.
- You will keep an eye on compliance with all hygiene regulations and ensure reliable implementation in your day-to-day work.
- You look after our guests attentively and in a service-oriented manner in all bar areas.
- You assign employees in the service area, provide them with professional guidance and coordinate break times, among other things.
- You manage and check accounts carefully and work closely with the catering management.
Your profile
- You have experience in the catering industry and a good understanding of service-oriented processes.
- You are characterized by a positive charisma and a high willingness to serve when dealing with guests.
- The ability to work in a team, motivation and polite manners are naturally part of your profile.
- Even in busy situations, you work reliably, efficiently and maintain an overview.
- Basic IT skills, a very good command of German and English and a willingness to work shifts round off your profile.
