Your Responsibilities
Hospitality: Through excellent service, you are committed to providing attentive care and advice to our guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Quality Assurance: You are responsible for managing and overseeing all service processes in accordance with our high quality standards and hygiene guidelines
Staff Management: You will lead, train, and manage a motivated team, as well as handle shift and vacation scheduling for the department in collaboration with your deputies and the food and beverage management team
Active Contribution: You are focused on achieving your goals and take pleasure in further developing the department through your ideas, process optimizations, and conceptual work
Your Profile
Teamwork: You collaborate with other departments in a communicative and results-oriented manner (focus: kitchen and nutritional counseling)
Commitment: You are enthusiastic about new trends in F&B and contribute your ideas for innovative concepts
You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry, ideally in the restaurant services sector
Solid professional experience, including leadership experience, ideally in upscale dining
A passion for food and wine, as well as an interest in products and the ability to share this knowledge with others
As a team player, you lead by example, impressing others with your skills and performance as well as your friendly, open-minded personality
Very good German language skills, a strong commitment to quality, and business acumen round out your profile
