Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Role and Responsibilities

To support our management team, we are seeking a strong, dynamic leader to serve as Executive Assistant (m/f/d), who will work alongside the hotel manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

You will work closely and in a spirit of trust with the management team, taking on responsibility independently and ensuring the professional implementation of joint decisions in the hotel’s day-to-day operations.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Operational Management and Coordination: You will manage day-to-day operations and coordinate the breakfast, hotel bar, housekeeping, front desk, and reservations departments in close collaboration with the respective department heads.
  • Liaison with Management: You maintain regular communication with the management of the LEDA Group and, in consultation with the hotel management, provide reliable reporting on relevant operational matters.
  • Leadership and Quality: You will lead and motivate our teams with a clear structure, empathy, and the necessary assertiveness. In doing so, you will ensure our high quality standards and continuously improve them.
  • Confident Decision-Making: Our tried-and-true standards provide you with clear guidelines and the necessary confidence to make quick, well-informed, and confident decisions in your day-to-day work.
  • Hospitality at the Highest Level: You exemplify first-class hospitality, interact with our guests attentively and professionally, and actively contribute to our establishment’s outstanding reputation.

Your Profile

  • You have completed vocational training and/or a college degree.
  • Do you have a background outside the industry? No problem! We also welcome aspiring career changers with ambition, a sense of responsibility, and the courage to grow into this challenging role.
  • You are a passionate host with a confident demeanor, clear communication skills, and strong assertiveness.
  • You lead teams in a supportive and respectful manner, maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations, and consistently enforce quality standards.
  • You think entrepreneurially, work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, and take on responsibility beyond your immediate scope of duties.
