Your tasks

• Cooking for our guests with fresh cuisine, regional delicacies and game specialties as well as alkaline and vegan dishes (e.g: https://www.youtube.com/@CarlaCaspary)
• Design of our lunch and dinner buffet with fresh raw vegetables & salads, homemade spreads, delicious alkaline soups
• Managing and organizing the kitchen team
• Calculation and creation of the menu
• Control and management of the use of goods
• Performing and monitoring kitchen hygiene
• Developing and testing new dishes, creating recipes and templates for quality assurance
• Conducting alkaline cooking courses

Your profile

• An enthusiasm for creative, alkaline gourmet cuisine
• Extensive knowledge in the preparation of varied alkaline (gluten-free) delicacies
• Completed training as a chef
• Multi-year professional experience as a sous chef or head chef
• Strong leadership skills; motivation and inspiration for the kitchen brigade
• Commitment, resilience, flexibility, creativity and a high degree of initiative
• Guest-oriented thinking and acting
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
