We are expanding our team with a HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (m/f/d)
The STOCK resort is one of the leading 5-star superior hotels in Austria. For our housekeeping team, we are seeking a dedicated and quality-conscious individual who enjoys taking on responsibility and upholding our high standards.
Your responsibilities
- Inspecting all cleaned guest rooms on arrival and departure days
- Responsibility for room approval following successful quality control
- Ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our hotel standards
- Supporting the Head Housekeeper in day-to-day operations
- Providing professional guidance and support to the housekeeping team on the floor
- Active participation in daily housekeeping operations as needed
- Inspecting public areas and back-of-house zones
- Working closely with the front desk and facilities team to optimize processes
- Assisting with shift scheduling and organization
- Training new colleagues and fostering a positive and supportive team atmosphere
- Professional handling of guest requests and feedback
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a comparable position and in this hotel category
- Strong focus on quality and hygiene, as well as an eye for detail
- Team-oriented, structured, and reliable work style
- A hands-on mentality and enjoyment of hands-on work
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
- Enjoyment of working with people—both within the team and in guest interactions
