Help us to ensure that the residents are fed and use your skills to provide a culinary experience in the Stresemannplatz retirement home. We are looking for you as a full-time housekeeper (m/f/d) (5-day week, Mon. – Sun. 06:00 – 15:00) to support our kitchen crew. The retirement home is a Protestant retirement home with approx. 120 residents, guests and employees. Your tasks
- Preparing and preparing meals for residents and guests according to recipes and the production plan
- Supplying and assisting with food distribution, nest portioning and dining room
- Employment at themed events, summer parties etc. and the preparation of buffets
- Involvement in ordering and carrying out incoming goods inspections
- Compliance with legal regulations and system specifications, in particular with regard to hygiene, order, occupational safety and HACCP
Your profile
- Completed training as a housekeeper (m/f/d) and experience in food preparation
- Desirable: Experience in commercial kitchens or communal catering
- High level of diligence and reliability
