Why we need your support:
You monitor compliance with hygiene requirements at the facilities and work with facility management to ensure their implementation.
You conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and inspections by regulatory authorities. You work with the facilities to implement the resulting action plans and monitor their effectiveness.
You will further develop the complaint management system, continuously evaluate it, and initiate improvement measures. In this context, you will also manage our feedback portal and provide the department with the analyzed results.
You will coordinate and support change initiatives, particularly within the framework of projects, while taking into account the strategic direction and the culinary concept.
In addition, you will shape and steer our forward-looking initiatives in the area of culinary sustainability and continuously drive them forward.
What sets you apart:
You have a college degree in a field related to the food service industry, such as nutritional science or food and hospitality management, with a focus on food service management, quality management, HACCP, or a comparable field.
Alternatively, you have a degree in quality management and relevant professional experience in the food service industry, ideally in institutional food service. Or you have completed a 3-year culinary apprenticeship with advanced training in process or quality management, such as Certified Master Chef, State-Certified Food Technologist, or Hospitality Business Administrator or Specialist.
In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in quality management or as a hygiene officer, preferably from a service industry company.
You possess in-depth expertise in HACCP, auditing, certifications, and project management.
You are characterized by a clear process-oriented approach combined with a strong sense of quality and responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently.
You have very good MS Office skills and, in addition, some basic knowledge of process modeling.
In addition, you have very good written and spoken German skills at least at the C1 level.
A passion for communicating with government agencies, public authorities, and certification bodies, as well as a confident and friendly demeanor, round out your profile.
