We are looking for a lively and motivated
Restaurant Manager
for our mountain restaurant Spielboden in Saas-Fee.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the hospitality industry, proven leadership skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with the unique charm and challenges of the mountain environment, such as seasonal fluctuations and diverse guests, is a plus. We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and passion to create a welcoming and successful dining experience in our beautiful mountain setting.
Your tasks:
- Organization and coordination of service procedures in the restaurant
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of goods
- Checking the delivered goods
- Creating duty rosters for the service team
- Hiring, training and managing staff, often in a seasonal environment with high turnover
- Cooperatively lead a diverse team, fostering a motivated and positive work environment
- Providing excellent service to our diverse clientele
- Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Checking daily takings and correctly completing daily closings
- Carrying out inventories
Your profile:
- Experience as a manager or deputy manager in a restaurant
- Knowledge of restaurant management software, Symphony (POS) is an advantage
- Guest-oriented, professional working style
- You are motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented and have a well-groomed and confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English is desirable, knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
