Your tasks:
- Supporting the restaurant management in day-to-day operations
- Responsibility for smooth operations in the restaurant and bar area
- Management, motivation and training of the service team
- Ensuring first-class guest service
- Participation in service planning, ordering goods and quality control
- Active collaboration in service (hands-on mentality)
Your profile:
- Completed training in the gastronomy/hotel industry or comparable
- Experience in the service area of an upscale restaurant
- Initial management experience is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and host mentality
