Munich Prison is looking for the following person to start as soon as possible
Cook (m/f/d) or butcher (m/f/d)
full-time, limited until 31.07.2027
A cook (m/f/d) or butcher (m/f/d) is needed to cover the personnel requirements in the work service at Munich Prison for the prison's internal canteen / canteen.
The position is currently for a fixed-term employment relationship until 31.07.2027.
Recruitment requirements:
- German citizenship
- Minimum age: 18 years
- At least secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent recognized educational qualification
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d) or butcher (m/f/d)
- Willingness to work weekends
Your tasks:
- Supervising and instructing prisoners in the preparation of meals
- Participation in the training and further education of kitchen staff
- Taking on administrative tasks (keeping lists and records)
- Quality assurance in food distribution and ensuring compliance with hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP and BG regulations
- Possible involvement in the planning of menus
