The tasks
- Management and further development of a kitchen team in our gastronomic facilities
- Results-oriented management of all kitchen areas including budget and cost responsibility
- Planning, calculation and control of daily work processes
- Analysis and optimization of internal kitchen processes
- Ensuring a high-quality, modern kitchen standard at fine dining level
- Strategic menu and offer planning as well as implementation of exclusive board and business events
- Responsibility for inventories, quality controls and sustainable purchasing decisions
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Further training as a master chef or hotel business economist is an advantage
- Professional and management experience in the gastronomy / hotel industry, especially in the management of larger teams
- Confident, business fluent appearance towards guests and customers
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and authentic, modern host personality
- High quality orientation, organizational talent and strong team leadership skills
- Very good German and good English skills; international experience desirable
