Anyone who associates art only with painted pictures or wrapped buildings will be introduced to a much broader spectrum of this genre here. The unexpected is always included. YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of high-quality dishes
- Compliance with and monitoring of all legal and industry-specific requirements and regulations
- Participation in employee training
- Active cooperation and support of the QMB in quality management
- Documentation of tests (quality records)
- Compliance with allergen and additive regulations
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a chef (m/f/d)
- at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field of work/occupation
- German language skills required
- Passion for food and its preparation
- IT skills
- Strong quality awareness as well as process and cost awareness
- Good communication skills, team player, loyal
- Flexibility and enjoy implementing new ideas
- High resilience and a cool head in stressful situations
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings
