The ZUGBRÜCKE is a privately operated 4-star superior hotel with 137 rooms, a conference center featuring 14 event rooms, 2 restaurants with a total of 230 seats, a bar, a club, an on-site brewery, a pizzeria, bowling, sports, and wellness facilities. A truly diverse range of offerings in a truly idyllic setting: surrounded by nature, yet anything but out of the way.
Since our founding in 1964, we’ve grown to become one of the leading privately owned hotels in Rhineland-Palatinate. We’ve been able to achieve this only thanks to a motivated team and many long-time employees. Your Responsibilities!
- Preparing buffets, set menus, room service, and banquet orders
- Creating innovative, creative, and delicious dishes for our guests
- Modernizing and further developing our culinary concept
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and coordination of kitchen operations in your role
- Adhering to quality and hygiene guidelines
- Bringing your good taste and skills to our team
Here’s what you bring to the table!
- Completed training as a chef, or relevant professional experience if you’re changing careers or returning to the workforce
- A passion for the profession and good taste
- Creativity and knowledge of modern cuisine
- A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a strong command of German (at least C1)
