The position is primarily based in the central kitchen (approx. 300 meals per day), but also involves work in the hotel kitchen.
Preparation and cooking of special-diet, cold, and hot dishes
Careful and responsible handling of food and kitchen equipment
Assisting with receiving, inspecting, and properly storing goods
Compliance with and monitoring of HACCP guidelines and hygiene and cleaning regulations
General kitchen duties
You bring the following:
Completed training as a dietitian
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Enjoyment of cooking and working with food
