The team of our representative catering provides our national and international guests as well as our Executive Board with creative and high-quality meals and menus at various types of events.
In addition, the team is responsible for the daily preparation of meals for our company kindergarten.

Your job with us
- You will independently manage the kitchen in the star-level restaurant. You will plan, organize and control all processes in the kitchen area. You will also create the menus and menu plans and be responsible for the team, quality and presentation of the food.
- Together with the team, you will prepare high-quality, innovative dishes and develop new creations.
- For the catering of our company kindergarten, which is open from Monday to Friday, you will implement the principles of the DGE and adapt menus to the needs of the children.
- You will consistently comply with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP and internal standards and monitor their implementation.
- You will also be responsible for costing, purchasing, storage and the economical and sustainable use of food.

Your qualifications
- Training as a cook or chef (m/f/d) and master chef (m/f/d) or comparable further training
OR
Training as a cook or chef (m/f/d) and the willingness to complete or complete the master chef training in a timely manner* - At least 5 years of professional experience in the preparation of food, in the creation of recipes and menus as well as in the organization and implementation of events with up to 200 people in upscale gastronomy (star gastronomy desirable)
- Experience in managing a kitchen team is desirable
- Good knowledge of food and hygiene law (including HACCP and food labeling) and the relevant accident prevention regulations
- Good work organization, ability to work in a team, high service and customer orientation as well as discretion
- Physical resilience
- Willingness and aptitude to occasionally work early and late shifts with corresponding time off in lieu
- Very good knowledge of German
